AFY Haniff was honored to be a part of Hari Bertemu Pelanggan by setting up a booth at Dewan
Taming Sari, MBMB on July 16, 2026. This program served as an excellent platform for the
public to submit complaints, suggest improvements and access various services directly from
the participating agencies. Agencies such as JKR, PDTMT, JPS, SW Corp, CMI Infra, IWK,
MPHTJ, SAMB, UNIFI, alongside various internal departments of MBMB, were among those
involved in the program.
AFY Haniff booth provided an opportunity for visitors to gather information, interact directly and
learn more in-depth about the products and services offered. Additionally, AFY Haniff ran a “Jom
Tukar” campaign, where the public could receive a free SWiPEL citronella (serai wangi) product
on the condition that they brought in a used insecticide container.
